Privacy policy

We collect very little. We don't sell anything about you, and there are no ad networks on this site. Reading Daily Drop AI doesn't require an account, and we don't build a profile of you.

Newsletter

If you subscribe, we collect your email address. The signup form and the email list are handled by our newsletter provider, which also records standard email metrics like opens and clicks inside the emails we send.

Every email has an unsubscribe link. Using it removes you from the list.

Affiliate link clicks

When you follow an outbound affiliate link, it passes through a redirect on our own domain. At that moment we record the tool you clicked, a timestamp, the page you came from, your browser's user-agent string, and any campaign tag that was on the URL.

We do not store IP addresses. None of what we record identifies you personally.

We collect it for one reason: to see which reviews are actually useful to people, so we know what to test next.

Third parties

Once you leave via an affiliate link, you're on someone else's site. The destination and the affiliate network behind it set their own cookies and apply their own privacy policies. We don't control any of that, and we can't see what they do — it's worth reading their policies if it matters to you.

The newsletter form is embedded from our newsletter provider, so their own terms apply to what that form loads in your browser. Their script loads on every page, not only pages with a signup form, so they can tell which page a subscription came from.

What we don't do

  • We don't sell or share your data.
  • We don't run advertising networks.
  • We don't do cross-site tracking.
  • There are no reader accounts, so there's no profile to build.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any email we send.

If your browser or an extension blocks our redirect, no click is recorded. Being honest about it: that may also break the link, so it might not take you to the tool.

You can also just not click affiliate links — everything on the site, including the full affiliate disclosure, stays readable either way.

Changes

If what we do changes, we'll update this page and change the date at the top. This version was last updated on 2026-08-05.
